In what capacity are all certified individuals supposed to be "involved" with a QA File review? It’s our understanding that the Rater of Record is responsible for the accuracy of the rating file, so are they still the responsible party for making corrections & acknowledging the review feedback? Or is the intent that the other parties involved are also held accountable for the corrections? Proposed Change: We recommend having one responsible party for all corrections, but also require that all parties involved must acknowledge that they have reviewed the QA feedback. 904.3.2.3 Parties included in QA File review.
