Application for Candidate Field Assessors
This form is to be completed by a Rating Provider. According to Chapter Two of the RESNET Standards, Candidate Field Assessors (CFA) will oversee the five (5) required probationary ratings required for HERS Rater certification and the RESNET graded field assessment required for Rating Field Inspector Certification under a Rating Providership.
The requirements for a CFA are as follows:
- HERS Rater in good standing who has completed confirmed ratings on a minimum of 25 homes.
- These 25 homes shall have met the minimum quality assurance process defined in Chapter 9 of RESNET Standards.
